About Us We have been helping people since 1986 build their dream home. In 1988 we started building in the beautiful Tehachapi Mountains under the name of Knowles Construction. We have been so blessed to not only have had great clients and built beautiful homes, but many friendships have been built along the way.
In the early 90's we moved to Pagosa Springs, Colorado, while still continuing to build in Tehachapi under Knowles Construction. In Colorado we founded DanAllie Design & Development, a full service building firm, where we also drew our clients house plans. Upon returning full time to Tehachapi in the mid 90's, we continued to build custom homes. We also offered our clients such services as designing their homes both inside & out, drawing their plans, helping them obtain their financing and sharing our building knowledge and experience. In 2012 we decided to expand our services and to start DanAllie Design & Development again, this time in California drawing plans for all your residential building needs. Knowles Construction is still going strong today and is the building/construction side of our business. We take pride in our work and in serving you offering you the most value for your money.
